Espresso Power Balls
1/4 Cup Cold Brew Coffee
1/4 Cup Raw Cacao Powder
1 Cup Pitted Dates (Soaked in Filtered Water)
1 Cup Raw Cashews (Or Nut of Choice)
2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Pink Sea Salt
Optional: 1 Tbsp. Grass Fed Collagen Powder
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until it resembles a sticky dough. Form small balls and then sprinkle with a little sea salt. Store the balls in an airtight container and place in the fridge or freezer.
Tip: Roll the balls in shredded coconut, sesame seeds or cacao nibs for a little extra crunch.
