Green Protein Bake
10 Eggs (Pasture Raised)
4 Slices Bacon (Sugar and Nitrate Free)
1 Cup Spinach Leaves (Roughly Chopped)
1 Small Zucchini (Grated)
1 Small Carrot (Grated)
1/4 Cup Dandelion Leaves (Roughly Chopped)
1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
Pink Sea Salt & Black Pepper
1 Tsp. Coconut Oil
Small Sprinkle Dried Rosemary
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and grease a 9×13″ baking dish with coconut oil, placing it to one side.
In a high speed blender or food processor mix the eggs quickly and then add all the ingredients except the bacon. Pulse for approximately 10 seconds to blend the ingredients.
Pour the mixture into baking dish and sprinkle the bacon pieces on top. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until the top is crispy and golden.
