0.5 lb. Ground Pork (Pasture Raised)
1/4 Yellow Onion
1/3 Cup Swiss Brown Mushrooms (Roughly Chopped)
1 Small Garlic Clove (Crushed)
1 Cup Spicy Pasta Sauce (Sugar Free)

1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
Sprinkle Dried Oregano
Sprinkle Chili Flakes
2 Eggs (Pasture Raised)
Pink Sea Salt & Black Pepper


Preheat the oven to 390 degrees F.

Melt coconut oil in a large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions and cook until translucent. Add mushrooms, garlic, oregano, chili flakes and desired seasoning. Cook for a few minutes.

Add pork to the pan and cook through (approximately 10 minutes).

In mini oven-proof dishes, add the pork mixture. Pour the pasta sauce into each dish and lightly mix through. Make a small hole in the center of each dish and crack each egg in it.

Bake for 15 minutes or until brown and crispy on top.
