1/2 Cup Spinach Leaves
1/2 Cup Kale Leaves
1/2 Cos Lettuce
1 Small Carrot (Grated)
1 Small Beet (Grated)
2 Radishes (Sliced Thinly)
1/2 Small Cucumber (Sliced Lengthways)
2 Tbsp. Red Onion (Finely Sliced)
2 Tbsp. Cilantro (Roughly Chopped)
1 Tbsp. Sauerkraut
1 Tsp. Sesame Seeds

1/3 Avocado
1 Tbsp. Lime Juice
1 Tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tsp. Tahini
Pink Sea Salt
Black Pepper



In a large bowl assemble the salad and place to one side.

To make the dressing, add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and mix until smooth.

Dollop the dressing onto the salad, mix and serve.
