Zucchini Pesto Pasta
Ingredients
2 Zucchinis
2 Bunches Basil
1 Small Clove Garlic
1/4 Cup Organic Cold Pressed Olive Oil
Handful Raw Cashew Nuts
1 Tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
Pink Sea Salt
Method
Place all the ingredients except the zucchini in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Spiralize the zucchini into a large bowl. Mix through the pesto and serve.
