Personal Training


Expect to be challenged and feel muscles working that you didn’t know existed during your 50-minute session. Each session is designed with your goals and physical capabilities in mind and includes a warm-up, conditioning phase and cool down.

An in-depth physical activity questionnaire will be emailed to you prior to your first session which will request information regarding your personal details, medical history and habits related to nutrition, exercise, supplementation and any limitations you may have. It is important that we establish a solid understanding of your current state of fitness to ensure a customized program can be designed to help reach your goals. Measurements will be taken and a fitness test will be administered during the initial session and throughout your journey.

* Kat can complete personal training sessions in your home or office for convenience. An additional travel fee may be applied to the standard session rate for this service.
