Virtual Group Fitness Classes


In a world of algorithms, likes, hashtags and followers, Katie and I know the true importance of human connection and creating a community designed so we all rise together.

Introducing VIA – Variety, Intensity, Accountability

VIA offers three virtual classes per week with strategic programming to keep your body guessing and to keep you connected to an amazing community. In a time where the Corona virus has turned our daily routine upside down, Katie and I will be there on Monday 7amMT, Wednesday 7amMT and Saturday 9amMT to challenge, connect and sweat with you. Classes are 37 – 45 minutes in duration and minimal equipment is required. We would encourage you to have a mini-band and therabands to support the VIA workouts.

VIA workouts are a combination of strength and metabolic movements. Modifications will be provided to support injuries and varying fitness levels.

$15 per class or packs available

Sample Schedule:

Monday: Booty, Shoulders & Core

Wednesday: Legs, Chest & Back

Saturday: Total Body Calorie Blast
