Raspberry Superfood Jam
Ingredients
2 Cups Frozen Raspberries (Thawed)
2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp. Grass Fed Gelatin (Optional)
1 Tsp. 100% Stevia Powder
Method
Using a food processor, add the raspberries and stevia. Pulse briefly.
In a glass, add 3 tablespoons of boiling water and quickly whisk the gelatin to form a gel. Add the gelatin and chia seeds to the food processor and pulse until well mixed.
Add the jam to a clean mason jar and store in the fridge. It will take roughly 45 minutes to thicken.
Use within 1 week of making.
