If you are struggling with where to start when it comes to selecting ingredients, meal planning and making healthy decisions, this 2.5 hour session will point you in the right direction.
We will start by giving your kitchen pantry and fridge a complete make-over. You will receive recommendations on the ‘must have’ ingredients to improve your overall health and items posing a risk will be disposed of. We will then work on creating a shopping list using some of my suggested recipes that meet your personal tastes but that are also delicious and nutrient dense.
