Avocado Mint Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
2 Ripe Avocados
1/3 Cup Raw Cacao Powder
5 Dates (Pitted and Soaked)
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1/4 Cup 80%+ Organic Dark Chocolate
5 Fresh Mint Leaves
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
Pinch Sea Salt
Method
Place all the ingredients in the food processor or high speed blender and mix until smooth. Place the mixture in the freezer for approximately 20 minutes to thicken. Garnish with chocolate pieces and mint.
